Help at home for an older person, in the house they already know. We support people across Plymouth, Torbay, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth, with visits from one hour up to twenty-four hours a day so care never feels rushed.

What help looks like
Every care plan is built around the individual, so the list opposite is a starting point rather than a fixed package.
We will talk it through with you at a free home visit, and nothing is agreed until you are happy with it.
Not sure where to start?
Most families ring us before they have worked any of it out. That is completely normal, and a good place to begin.
Support we can help with

People rarely ring us because of one big event. It is usually a run of smaller things that add up over a few months. If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.

How long is a visit?
Visits run from one hour up to twenty-four hours a day, so care never feels rushed. What suits your situation is something we work out together at the free home visit.
Can you help with more complex needs?
Yes. As well as everyday support we help with physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, associated mental health needs and other complex needs. Please call and talk it through with us.
Do you offer support overnight?
Yes, we have a night care service. You can read about the options on our Night Time Care page.
What areas do you cover?
Plymouth, Torbay, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth, plus the surrounding towns and villages. If you are not sure whether we reach you, just ask.
What will it cost?
Care is priced by what is actually needed, so there is no single figure we can honestly put on this page. What we can do is explain what shapes the cost, and point you to the funding routes that might apply.
