About MKJ
Complaints procedure
If something has gone wrong, we would rather hear it from you than have you go elsewhere first.
Anyone can raise a concern with us: the person receiving care, a family member, or someone acting on their behalf. You will not be treated differently for doing it.
How to raise a concern
Ring 0800 999 1346 and ask to speak to a director, or use the form below. If you would rather write, our registered office address is at the foot of this page.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint, look into what happened, and come back to you with what we have found and what we are doing about it. We will agree the timescale with you when you contact us.
If you are still not satisfied
You do not have to come to us first, and you can go to either of these at any time:
- Care Quality Commission ↗The independent regulator for care in England.
- Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman ↗Investigates complaints about adult social care.
