I have nothing but praise for the team at MKJ. They have provided support to my elderly mother for the past 3 years and have worked closely with the family to provide the best possible standard of care in that time. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.
Outstanding company managed well with all staff being qualified and take pride in their work. All act with passion and professionalism, always going above and beyond what they are contracted to. A real gem of a company.
I can’t rate the service provided highly enough. Care and support excellent, always listen to needs of son and myself as the carer. I know if I have a problem they will try their very best to sort it with a successful outcome.
So far, the service has been very good. My husband gets very cross with me for having someone in the house, but apparently is fine once I’ve left. He refuses to go out, though he is asked. Unfortunately, he’s not very engaging with any of the staff. Maybe he’ll improve.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please don’t worry about your husband’s initial reluctance — it is incredibly common for people to take time to adjust to new faces and routines in their own home, and our staff are prepared for that.
We have found you to be professional, efficient and helpful in very trying times. My dad has carers four times a day, and we would not be able to keep him in his home without the support that you provide.
