For professionals

Referring to MKJ Care Services

Information for discharge teams, social workers, council brokerage and other providers. We are a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider covering Plymouth, Torbay, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth.

Our regulatory position, up front

You will check this before you ring us, so here it is first. MKJ Care Services is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. Our current rating is “Requires Improvement”, from our inspection on 16 December 2022. We have not been re-inspected since.

When a re-inspection happens is CQC’s decision, not ours. In the meantime you can read independent reviews from the families we support on homecare.co.uk.

Make a referral enquiry

If it is urgent, please ring 0800 999 1346 rather than using the form. Please do not include the person’s name or other identifying details in a first enquiry — we will take those securely once we know we can help.

Prefer to talk it through?

Ring us and ask for a director. We would rather have a straight conversation about whether we are the right fit than take a referral we cannot serve well.
