Most of our applicants have not. It is the attitude we recruit for.
What the work involves
- Visiting people in their own homes
- Personal care, including washing and dressing
- Support with medication
- Meals, drinks and domestic help
- Company and conversation, which matters as much as the tasks
- Travelling between visits across your area
- Some early starts, evenings and weekends
- Keeping clear written records of each visit
